Rise Scenario: Customer Success in Action
A branching scenario built in Articulate Rise that helps pharmaceutical sales representatives practice real-time decisions in a multi-indication sales call.
Problem
Pharmaceutical sales representatives were having trouble executing consistent, high-quality sales calls. Openings lacked impact, questions didn’t always uncover needs, and transitions often felt forced—especially when conversations varied by HCP type.
Solution
I built a branching scenario in Rise where reps step into a realistic sales conversation and make key decisions along the way. Each choice shapes the flow, with feedback designed to reinforce effective communication and alignment to the sales model.
